Day 1: Transfer to Rwenzori Mountains National Park | Travel Time: 6-7 hours
After breakfast in Kampala, your driver-guide will pick you up for the scenic drive to Kasese town, the gateway to the Rwenzori Mountains. Stop en route at the Equator line for photos and a brief explanation. Arrive at your lodge near the park in the afternoon, where you’ll meet your hiking guide for a briefing. Relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the trek ahead.

Day 2: Trek to Kalalama Camp | Elevation: 1,600m to 3,100m
